Return Your Emails (Customer Support)

I won't name names but if you...
run an app
host a conference
own a business or
manage clients....
...return emails quickly. Even if you don't know the answer to the question asked, return the email with "I will have your answer shortly". Its a simple gesture that makes the receipent feel wanted, loved and appreciated.

    Thanks for the reminder. Sometimes it seems that if I reply to all my random inquiries/request no progress will be made actually solving the problem. Do I have to reply if the e-mail is over 5 sentences? ;-)
