It isn't always about you...

I read many blogs and follow or have followed a number of people on twitter. I think I see a trend in both, rarely does anyone talk about others in a light that takes the spotlight off of themselves. Most people are so worried about their own personal glory and fame they cannot show real praise to anyone but themselves in fear of losing a grasp of their "fame." They only talk about their thoughts, their ideas, their apps etc. These people aren't evil, they're usually great people. Most people think their blog or twitter account is their stage to dance on, I firmly disagree. They think their blog is about them and their twitter stream is their spotlight. It's not. It's about the people reading. I'm a designer so here are just 2 designers that I envy, there are a few more that I'll mention later...
Kyle Sollenberge
Kyle's designs are so clean, the colors draw my eye. He's an amazing talent, his work speaks for itself. He has a GREAT blog, check him out Kyle's Blog and Kyle's Work
Kevin Burg
Kevin is an artist, he has photoshops that I cannot match. He can illustrate, which I envy. I have pestered Kevin into blogging Kevin's Blog and Kevin's Work
